EV Profiler is committed to your privacy and our business policies center around that.

Driving Data – EV Profiler will not show, sell or transfer the specific location and speed information gathered in your driving evaluation to anyone other than you the end customer who performed the evaluation. The route map included in your daily report is only there to confirm the accuracy of the driving data and for convenience when analyzing the power profile. Specifically, the route map or that location data is never shown to auto dealership or auto manufacturer personnel. EV Profiler may aggregate all travel data into a report to show areas of concentration where charging stations may benefit the most people but, specific customer location detail will not be revealed in such possible reports.

Personal Data – Information such as a customer’s name, address, email address, phone number or current vehicle information will not be shown, sold or otherwise transferred to anyone outside of EV Profiler. Customer understands that in certain circumstances where the customer rents or is loaned an EV Profiler driving data recorded with associated service from a participating dealer or auto dealership the above information may be revealed to the dealer or auto dealership through no action of EV Profiler.

Be aware, if the EV Profiler driving data recorder and associated driving evaluation service is obtained by the customer from an authorized agent such as an auto sales dealership then that authorized agent, whether the device is rented or loaned, will receive a copy of the customers daily report EXCEPT that the authorized agent’s copy of the daily report will EXCLUDE the customers route map, power profile detail and estimated parking locations. The authorized agent may use the customer’s email address to contact and assist the customer in evaluating the customer’s driving conditions and assist in selecting an appropriate vehicle to best serve those driving conditions of the customer. Additionally, if the rented or loaned driving data recorder is not returned on or about the scheduled end of the agreed evaluation time period then EV Profiler and the authorized agent may use any and all customer information to contact the customer and facilitate the return of the driving data recorder from the customer.

The customer does not own the driving data recorder hardware or the associated driving evaluation service.
